Class-A Office Space Planned For Hammond
South Bend-based Holladay Properties is planning a four-story office building where a crime-ridden apartment complex once stood. The company is marketing the Hammond River Park development as an alternative to locations in nearby Chicago. It is in Ox Bow Landing, which also includes a BW3 restaurant and a planned brewery. Our partners at the Times of Northwest Indiana report the River Park Apartments used to be located on the property and were demolished in 2006.
