Fishers leaders say the former Meyer Najem building is leased to capacity a day after the company moved its operations into another location in the city. Bluebridge Digital, QuadMed and Memory Ventures have each announced multiyear plans to lease space in the building.

Fishers, Ind. — A day after Meyer Najem moved its operations into the first floor of the new headquarters on Lantern Rd., Fishers announced that the remaining office space is leased to capacity. Bluebridge Digital and QuadMed will join Memory Ventures on the second floor of the new office building.

Previously announced on Dec. 18, California-based Memory Ventures plans to relocate to Fishers, and will occupy 3,218 square feet of space beginning in March 2015. Announced today, Bluebridge Digital and Quad Med will also lease space. The details are as follows:

–Bluebridge Digital will lease 9,095 square feet for three years

–QuadMed will lease 3,147 square feet for seven years

–Memory Ventures will lease 3,218 square feet for two years

Bluebridge Digital is a mobile app company headquartered in Fishers. With plans for growth, Bluebridge Digital currently employs more than 20 people. They are considered one of the first “graduates” from Launch Fishers, and plan to move in April 1.

QuadMed operates the Fishers employee health clinic and will move from its temporary space in the City Court building in March.

The Fishers Redevelopment Commission will vote on the final lease agreements at the next meeting in January.
