Fifteenth-ranked Bloomington was highest among six Indiana cities on the list.
Despite West Lafayette's 26th overall ranking, it was considered 3rd worst in the nation for “brain drain.”
Muncie, 77th overall, was the only other Indiana city that placed in the top 100.
Terre Haute was 122nd, Indianapolis came in at 178th and Fort Wayne was 190th.
