SOUTH BEND, Ind. – WorkOne is collaborating with ResCare to hold a HIRING EVENT seeking candidates for direct care staff positions; the event is slated for December 17 in Warsaw.

Where: WorkOne KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, 715 South Buffalo Street, WARSAW, 46580.
When: Wednesday, December 17, 2014, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Details: The employer seeks to fill multiple direct care positions, both full- and part-time; the jobs feature competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Where: WorkOne SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, 851 South Marietta Street, SOUTH BEND.
When: Thursday, December 18, 2014, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Details: The employer seeks to fill multiple direct-care positions, both full- and part-time; the jobs feature competitive pay and excellent benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS include preferred experience in providing services and support functions to individuals with mental retardation, developmental disabilities or related disorders. Requirements include minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements:
-Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by ResCare's policy.
-Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by ResCare and/or state regulations.
-In addition, positions require candidates to have an ability to communicate verbally as well as in written ma-terials to all levels of personnel, both inside and outside the company.
-Importantly, these jobs require individuals to work not only independently but also as part of a team.
-Moreover, individuals must be capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information.
