A Fort Wayne-based commercial real estate firm says it has completed the final step in a merger process by shedding its affiliation with NAI Global. Bradley Co., which formed from the combination of NAI Harding Dahm in Fort Wayne and South Bend-based Bradley Co., includes seven regional offices in northern Indiana and Michigan. December 2, 2014

News Release

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Bradley Company announced today its plan to transition from its NAI affiliation and consolidate the Fort Wayne Office under the brand name “Bradley Company.” This final step completes a transition that began on June 1st, 2013, when the merger between Bradley Company and Fort Wayne’s NAI Harding Dahm began. By dissolving ties with NAI and aligning the company under one brand, Bradley Company is now able to deliver more extensive and innovative services to the Fort Wayne community and provide local clients with greater opportunities.

“This is such an exciting opportunity for our company and our clients,” said Brad Toothaker, CEO of Bradley Company. “Unification under one brand name is the natural progression of two companies who have formed a successful alliance, and the transition has already began to yield many synergies,” Toothaker explained.

Bradley Company includes over 40 full‐time commercial brokers serving as brokerage and advisory professionals for over 1,000 commercial properties and corporate users, making it the largest commercial real estate solutions provider in Northern Indiana and West Michigan. The company's goal is to build the premier full service real estate solutions provider in the region, an achievement that begins by developing singular brand recognition. Fort Wayne residents can expect to see updated signage reflecting the new branding, and Bradley Company also has plans to invest in a downtown location.

“We have consolidated our name and branding to focus on our greatest strengths – delivering the absolute best in full‐service commercial real estate services to our clients and contributing to a thriving Fort Wayne business climate,” said Sam Schenkel, Senior Vice President.
