The Indiana Sports Corp. has announced more entertainment for next month's Big Ten Football Championship Game weekend in Indianapolis. The organization says six Timberworks Lumberjack Shows, which have been featured on networks including ESPN and the Discovery Channel, will take place over the course of the weekend.

Indianapolis, Ind. — The Timberworks Lumberjack Show, powered by STIHL, joins a growing list of entertainment options for Big Ten football fans as part of the Meijer Tail Greater Party on Georgia Street on Friday, December 5 (3–9 p.m.) and Saturday, December 6 (10 a.m.–8 p.m.).

Six Lumberjack shows are scheduled over the course of the two days and include such events as axe throwing, chopping, log rolling, cross cut sawing, hot sawing and chainsaw carving. Friday shows are scheduled for 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m., while Saturday shows will entertain fans at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., 4:15 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.

Timberworks Lumberjack Shows have been featured on ABC, TNN, ESPN, Discovery Channel, MTV, the Family Channel and the Outdoor Life Network.

Free to attend, the Meijer Tail Greater Party on Georgia Street includes a Major League Eating contest featuring the World Famous St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail, food and beverage sales, college football action, a live band and DJ, the Meijer Mobile Playground, merchandise, a photo opportunity with a life-size Stagg Championship Trophy, and much more to offer the ultimate tailgating experience.

The fourth annual Big Ten Football Championship Game will be played on Saturday, December 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium, with kick-off set for 8:17 p.m. ET. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.com.
