Parkview Health is planning to build a $20 million medical facility in Warsaw. The Fort Wayne-based health system says the project could create 100 jobs. Plans for the 86,000-square-foot Parkview Warsaw call for primary care, specialty medicine, rehabilitation and emergency room services.

Construction is expected to take a year.
