Indianapolis-based Equities First Holdings LLC says it is continuing “a year of remarkable expansion” with the acquisition of the Australian offices of Meridian Equity Partners Pty Limited. EFH President Al Christy says the company now operates six offices on four continents.

Sydney, Australia and Indianapolis, Ind. — Equities First Holdings, LLC (EFH), a global leader in alternative shareholder financing solutions, is pleased to announce it has acquired the Australian offices of Meridian Equity Partners Pty Limited (AFSL 387079). EFH now operates six facilities on four continents. Operations in Australia will continue under the name Equities First Holdings (Australia) Pty. Ltd.

Facilitated by its global expansion, EFH has experienced year-over-year growth of more than 30 percent in closed financing transactions over the last three years, and continues its record-setting growth pace in 2014. As a result, the EFH global workforce has increased by more than 50 percent since 2012.
