INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Fair Commission will hold a joint news conference with Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann and executives of a locally based global company regarding the 2015 Indiana State Fair on Monday, October 27 at 10 a.m. Event details are as follows:
