Northwest Indiana — The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is looking to hire Seasonal Winter Program Workers across the entire Northwest Indiana District (Lake, Porter, LaPorte, St. Joseph, Newton, Jasper, Starke, Pulaski, Marshall, Fulton, Cass, Carroll and White counties). Successful hires will work as seasonal INDOT maintenance crew staff, and as plow drivers during snow events this winter.
Applicants Must Have
• Valid CDL
• Ability to pass a drug test successfully

Sellersburg, Ind. — The Indiana Department of Transportation will take applications and conduct employment interviews next Wednesday (OCT. 15) from 2:00-6:30 p.m. for plow truck drivers and other winter operations personnel at the Falls City Subdistrict offices located just over a mile north of Veterans Parkway at 5701 East U.S. Highway 31.
INDOT’s job fair for seasonal employment (November through April) is seeking personnel for snow and ice removal operations on state and interstate highways and other wintertime maintenance activities. Successful applicants will be on call 24-hours a day 7-days a week to clear roads and maintain mobility with maximized safety for the motoring public.
Job candidates must have a valid CDL license, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. A drug test will be administered Wednesday at the Falls City facility.
