County OKs Tax Breaks For Solar Park

The Kokomo Tribune reports the county council has approved 10-year tax abatement for the Indiana Municipal Power Agency project. The Carmel-based energy provider says the nearly 4,000-panel park could be complete by June.
It will be built on an 8-acre parcel owned by Peru Utilities.
IMPA has commissioned similar projects in Richmond, Frankton and Rensselaer.
