Our partners at The Republic report a campaign to pay for interior renovations at Hamilton Center Ice Arena took in $400,000 more than targeted. Organizers were hoping to drum up $1 million.
Plans call for updates to the main entrance, locker rooms and ice rink, as well as turning the lobby into a community room.
