The city of Indianapolis will mark the opening Thursday morning of another charter school. Vision Academy at Riverside is located in the 16 Tech neighborhood, which has been the focus of redevelopment efforts involving the life sciences, information technology and motorsports sectors. INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Vision Academy at Riverside will serve as an anchor institution in the newly revitalized 16 Tech neighborhood. The school is modeled after the successful Avondale Meadows Academy.
