The 2014 Electric Drive Transportation Association conference is expected to attract about 1,000 industry professionals. Mitchell discussed the state's green technology sector on Inside INdiana Business Television. The conference runs through Wednesday.

WASHINGOTN, D.C. – The 2014 Electric Drive Transportation Association Conference and Annual Meeting (www.edta2014.com) is the most important electric drive event of the year and coming at an amazing time for the industry. INDIANAPOLIS – Mayor Greg Ballard will join Bollor? Chairman Vincent Bollor?, French Ambassador to the United States Francois Delattre, IPL President Kelly Huntington and other community leaders to inaugurate the demonstration site of BlueIndy, which will be the largest all-electric car share program in the U.S.
Similar to the recently launched and popular Indiana Pacers Bike Share, BlueIndy will offer all-electric vehicles for short one-way rentals at dozens of sites across Indy.
