Grocer Sets Opening For First Indiana Store

Indianapolis, Ind. — Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, a new specialty grocer featuring healthy and organic value-priced offerings, is excited to announce the grand opening for Indiana's first store location in the Greenwood community on Thurs. June 12, 2014 at 7 a.m. EST. The Greenwood and Indianapolis Chambers of Commerce will be on site for the ribbon cutting at the 8750 US Highway 31, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 store location.
“Our team looks forward to opening Indiana's first Fresh Thyme store location in the Greenwood area,” CEO Chris Sherrell stated. “We welcome residents to join us for the grand opening and hope to quickly become a part of this great community!”
The first 250 shoppers on grand opening day will receive a limited edition custom Greenwood Fresh Thyme reusable bag filled with over $50 of healthy groceries. Grand opening day will feature events for the entire family including face painting, balloon animals, food sampling, music, outdoor grilling, and live entertainment. Additional events are scheduled to continue throughout the week.
“Fresh Thyme hopes to make your shopping experience not only healthy, but fun and enjoyable,” Sherrell said. “Keeping our products and services local is important to us, and it begins with building a strong relationship with our fellow community members. We are committed to providing fresh fruit and vegetables and natural high-quality meat at great prices.”
