A ribbon cutting for a $22 million luxury apartment complex is set for Thursday in Fort Wayne. Steeplechase at Parkview, which is part of Indianapolis-based Flaherty & Collins Properties' portfolio, features 264 units.

Fort Wayne, Ind. — Steeplechase at Parkview, an investor in Greater Fort Wayne Inc., will celebrate the construction of its new apartment home community, with a ceremonial ribbon cutting on Thursday, April 24, at 2 p.m. at 11275 Sportsman Park Lane.

Located in the ever-growing North area of Allen County, this luxury community is one of the area’s newest and most exciting address. With one, two & three bedroom floor plans to choose from, Steeplechase at Parkview is certain to meet the higher-end needs of its tenants.
