INDIANAPOLIS – WDD Software, announced today employees Jason Bourg, Matt James and Tyler Smith have purchased the 20-year old custom software development and consulting firm from founders Alan Wlasuk, Reed Delporte and John Davis. Bourg, James and Smith have been involved in the daily business activities of WDD and designed many client software solutions for a combined 35 years. Their experience will enhance Indianapolis’ reputation within the technology industry around the state of Indiana and the nation.
Since assuming ownership of WDD Software, Rose-Hulman alumni Jason Bourg and Tyler Smith and Ball State University alum Matt James have re-ignited WDD’s reputation for providing customers with software solutions that drive results. The trio has already developed a new vision for the company that will launch over the next several months. The new vision affirms the trio’s commitment to the Indianapolis community as second-generation business owners.
