The Indiana Health Industry Forum is hoping to boost international trade and export relationships through a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce. IHIF Chief Executive Officer Kristin Jones says the Middle East nation's traditionally strong economy and research and development market make it an ideal partner. She says the partnership is part of an ongoing effort to be “engaged in the global economy.” March 19, 2014

News Release

-Both Parties shall exchange information on possibilities for market research, trade fairs and exhibitions, and trade missions organized in their countries and shall transmit this information to their members.

-Both Parties shall inform each other on all important questions related to the development of economic relations between their countries. For example: new regulations, intentions in economic planning in the two countries, etc.

-Both Parties shall support and cooperate in the organization and exchange of trade delegations in both countries with the aim to enable discussions on cooperation between companies and enterprises of their countries.

-Both Parties shall render each other all necessary assistance in organization of lectures and symposiums as well as other events aimed at the promotion of further development of economic relations between their countries.

IHIF will immediately begin working with members interested in exploring the Israeli market and will be posting trade leads from Israel on the IHIF website and in the IHIF newsletter.
