Noble of Indiana plans to unveil a rebranding campaign this weekend focusing on its efforts to find meaningful work for people with disabilities. Chief Executive Officer Julia Huffman says the organization advocates for a largely “untapped work force” that tends to have a higher-than-average retention rate. Noble of Indiana currently supports about 800 people working in central Indiana. In a Studio(i) interview, Huffman says Noble will detail its rebranding effort at Friday's Noble Evening in the Garden event. Huffman says the change is necessary because she feels a lot of people in the community “don't know exactly what we do.”

In addition to job services for adults with disabilities, Noble of Indiana provides services including therapies for babies and toddlers, summer camps for children and therapeutic art, music and recreation programs.

Huffman has been with the organization for more than 20 years. She was named CEO in 2012 to replace Clint Bosler, who left to take a job in South Bend.

The Noble Evening in the Garden Event is set for Friday, March 7 from 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
