INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Susie McEuen has been named Executive Director of Renaissance Charitable Foundation (RCF) after serving as a Board Member for almost 10 years. McEuen (formerly Estridge) brings several decades of broad experience in banking, having served the needs of both business clients – including not-for-profit organizations – and high net worth individuals. Her proficiencies included serving as a Relationship Manager in Business Banking at the Vice President level for Chase Bank and National City Bank, and as a Private Banker with National Bank of Indianapolis and National City Bank (formerly Merchants Bank). In addition to her extensive banking experience, McEuen has served as a board member and/or volunteer for over 15 organizations including Dress for Success, Arthritis Foundation, and the Professional Women's Forum.
In her new role with RCF, McEuen will focus on the growth of the Foundation through building and maintaining external relationships. “We are very excited to have someone of McEuen's experience and expertise join our organization,” said Greg Baker, President of RCF, who has led the Foundation through multiple years of exponential growth since 2002. “We believe that the addition of Ms. McEuen will bring a new level of business acumen to the organization, and with it, more growth opportunities as we serve the needs of charities and donors throughout the United States.”
McEuen studied Accounting at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and Indiana Wesleyan University in Indianapolis. She is a native of Central Indiana, and will relocate to the area from Lexington, Kentucky. “I am extremely honored to be appointed as Executive Director of RCF. As a Board Member of RCF since 2005, I have a personal interest as well as the passion to help donors and foundations make a difference in their charitable giving. I am now able to focus 100 percent of my time, energy, and resources on serving our current clients and introducing the Renaissance Charitable Foundation to new organizations, financial institutions, and donors seeking a program to reach their philanthropic goals.” McEuen's new role at RCF is effective immediately.
The Indianapolis-based Renaissance Charitable Foundation is the sponsoring charity for 11 Donor-Advised Fund Programs and is one of the 10 largest Donor-Advised Fund programs in the United States. Renaissance Charitable Foundation currently holds over $600M in assets. In 2013, RCF made 16,678 grants to 8,728 charities in all 50 states totaling over $65M. RCF partners with Renaissance, the nation's largest independent administrator of planned gifts.
