Indianapolis, Ind. — Hurco Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq:HURC) today announced the departure of its Chief Financial Officer, John G. Oblazney. Mr. Oblazney resigned from his positions as Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective February 28, 2014, to pursue other interests. The functions previously performed by Mr. Oblazney will be performed in the interim by Sonja K. McClelland, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.
