News Release
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Three development teams have been short-listed to compete to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a new Marion County Consolidated Justice Facility. The proposed new facility will consolidate various aging and inefficient detention, court and administrative facilities throughout the county.
Five teams originally responded to the City's Request for Proposals and Qualifications (RFPQ) for this project. The City will meet with the three short-listed development teams in the next few weeks and plans to release a Request for Revised Proposals to those teams by late spring. Revised Proposals will be due in late summer. The City will then select a preferred developer group and submit the project for approval to the City-County Council.
Additional information about the teams, including non-equity local partners, is available at http://www.indy.gov/eGov/ccjc/Documents/Criminal%20Justice%20Developer%20Teams.pdf.
