The Greater Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce has named Michael Arnould executive director. He most recently served as an account executive with Avon-based The Flyer Group. March 4, 2014

News Release

BROWNSBURG, Ind. – The Greater Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce has named Michael E. Arnould of Brownsburg, Indiana, the new Executive Director for the Chamber. Mike brings extensive small business experience to the position, primarily as a result of his work as a manufacturer's representative and operation of the Arnould Sales Agency in Brownsburg, Indiana. Mike most recently was an Advertising Account Executive with The Flyer Group.

Mike has been a resident of Brownsburg since 1997. He has been heavily involved in the community, including the Brownsburg Rotary Club where he has been a member since 1999, a Board member since 2007, and President from July, 2002 to June, 2003. Mike is a graduate of Leadership Hendricks County, Class of 2004. As Athletic Director for St. Malachy Parish from July, 2007 to June, 2009, Mike was extremely successful in promoting youth sports at the Parish and was awarded the CYO Monsignor Busald Award recognizing his work with youth sports. Mike has worked with the Downtown Danville Partnership and has been a member of the Danville Chamber of Commerce.

“We could not be more pleased that Mike has accepted the position as Executive Director,” stated Allan Bolante, current President of the Chamber. “With Mike's small business and civic experience, we fully expect to take the Chamber to a new level with increased membership, new networking and fundraising opportunities, and greater benefits from the Chamber to the existing businesses. We look forward to working with the Town of Brownsburg as this community continues to grow and develop and Mike will be absolutely perfect in this role.”

The Hendricks County Bank and Trust Company and Savor Thyme Cafe will host an open house for Mike at Savor Thyme Cafe, 224 N Green Street, Brownsburg, IN from 4 to 7 PM on Thursday, March 13th . Members of the Chamber and the public are invited.
