Indianapolis, Ind. — Simon Property Group, a global leader in the retail real estate industry, is pleased to announce that Patrick Moyers has been named general manager of Fashion Mall at Keystone, the premier luxury shopping center in the state of Indiana. In addition, he will serve as general manager of the mall's sister lifestyle properties, Keystone Shoppes and Village Park Plaza.
Moyers has been with Simon Property Group for more than 14 years, most recently as a procurement project manager at the company’s headquarters in downtown Indianapolis. Previously, he held leadership roles at several other key Simon properties, including Fashion Centre at Pentagon City in Arlington, Virginia, an upscale, tourism-focused property, as well as The Shops at Riverside and Livingston Mall in New Jersey.
“Patrick brings with him a wealth of diverse management experience within Simon Property Group, and a deep understanding of how to help a unique property such as the Fashion Mall at Keystone perform at its peak,” said David Johnson, regional vice president for Simon Property Group. “We are fortunate to have him in this important role.”
Moyers, an Indianapolis native, said he hopes to continue Fashion Mall at Keystone's tradition of excellence by attracting even more luxury retailers to join an impressive tenant mix that includes Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman, and Armani Jeans. He also plans to increase the center’s prominence throughout the Midwest, while hosting more travelers and shoppers.
He also intends to use the mall's unique physical assets, including the Fashion Cafe?, to engage the community with innovative events and promotions. “My team and I are hard at work finding exciting ways to leverage this must-see modern mall experience, and encourage guests to come experience all this unique center has to offer.”
