Indianapolis-based Keystone Realty Group has closed on a deal for a four-building office park in the Marion County city. Tenants in the development include Imagine Technology Group and the American Legion.

Indianapolis, Ind. — Indianapolis based Keystone Realty Group closed last Friday, January 31st on Class-A suburban office park with direct access and visibility from the highly coveted Meridian/US 31 corridor between 86th and 91st Streets in Indianapolis. The space is located a half-mile from 465, giving tenants easy access to the Indianapolis CBD and northern suburbs including Carmel, Zionsville, and Fishers.

“This is an exciting purchase for Keystone Realty Group as we continue to expand our development portfolio,” said President & CEO Ersal Ozdemir.

The four building campus, situated around a lake with mature landscaping, consists of 113,740 square feet and spans more than 12 acres. Key tenants include Decatur Vein Clinic, Nursefinders of Indianapolis, Indiana Mentor, Imagine Technology Group, and the American Legion.
