TinCaps Hiring Seasonal Help

The Fort Wayne TinCaps are hiring hundreds of seasonal employees. The team is looking for part-time workers in areas ranging from concessions to video production.

Fort Wayne, Ind. -- The Fort Wayne TinCaps are now accepting applications for part-time, seasonal ballpark staff positions for the 2014 season. Each season, the TinCaps employ approximately 600 part-time staff to work in a variety of positions at Parkview Field. Applications are available both online at TinCaps.com (click here for application) and at the TinCaps administrative office, located at Parkview Field.

The TinCaps are looking to hire for the following positions:

Beverage Supervisor

Group Party Supervisor

Concession Supervisor

Kitchen Manager

Vending Supervisor


Bartender (Must be at least 21 years old)

Wait Staff (Must be at least 21 years old)

Concession Cashier (Must be at least 21 years old)

Concession Assistant


Stadium Vendor

Parking Lot Attendant

Team Store/Kids Zone

Ticket Office Personnel

Video Production (Camera, Replay, Audio, Graphics, Director)

Stadium Cleaning/Janitorial (relevant experience required within last two years)

The TinCaps are able to work with flexible schedules.

Applications must be submitted to the TinCaps administrative office, located at 1301 Ewing Street, or submitted via email to TinCaps Office Manager/HR Administrator Cathy Tinney at Tinney@TinCaps.com. Applicants may apply for as many positions as they like on an application, but only one application per person, please. The deadline to submit an application is February 28th at 5:00 p.m. The TinCaps regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
