Two major Indiana companies are planning big employment announcements this morning. Governor Mike Pence will join executives from Hat World Inc. in Indianapolis to provide details about hundreds of new jobs. The company unveiled plans in 2011 to create more than 500 positions by 2015. In Evansville, Mayor Lloyd Winnecke is planning a news conference to announce a major expansion by a local company. WFIE-TV in Evansville reports Berry Plastics Group Inc. (NYSE: BERY) will be adding hundreds of jobs. January 9, 2014
