The Indiana House Republican Caucus says lawmakers that cannot be there because of weather will be excused. The session was supposed to begin Monday, but the winter storm caused a delay.
The 2014 session of the Indiana General Assembly will likely focus on issues including the future of the business personal property tax and a proposed amendment to the state Constitution that would further define marriage.
