(Nasdaq: FTR) will be announced Wednesday morning during a news conference. Last year, the city of Frankfort and Plymouth Industrial Development Corp. announced a free Wi-Fi program in its business district.
Fort Wayne is continuing efforts to draw more businesses and residents downtown.
