December 2, 2013, Ann Arbor, MI – The Center for Empowerment and Economic Development (CEED) is proud to announce and welcome Felecia Roseburgh as Indiana Director, Women’s Business Enterprise Council- Great Lakes (WBEC-Great Lakes). Roseburgh will be responsible for identifying prospective women business owners for certification as well as creating business opportunities.
With over 25 years of professional experience, including roles in supplier diversity, Felecia brings a multitude of skills to the position. Working in both the corporate and government sectors, Roseburgh provided strategic direction for the State of Indiana’s supplier diversity initiative. In this role, she also collaborated with Indiana agencies, state legislators, Indiana colleges and universities, community leaders, and key stakeholders. Additionally, she has worked diligently with diverse small business owners. She has also been recognized by WBEC- Great Lakes for her commitment with the ‘Government Advocate of the Year Award 2012’.

As one of the 14 regional partners for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, the Women’s Business Enterprise Council – Great Lakes strives to remove barriers for women business owners by providing business development training, networking opportunities and connections to supplier diversity professionals.
CEED (www.miceed.org) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower women and minorities economically through business development training, women’s business certification, business-to-business networking and accessible capital assistance programs. The Women’s Business Enterprise Council – Great Lakes is a program of CEED.
