INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Language Training Center, Inc. (LTC), a full service language training provider, is celebrating their twentieth year as part of the community.
Martin George, CEO, founded the company in 1993 when he saw a need for language and cultural education in Indianapolis. The company began as a local resource for the Indianapolis business community, who did not really have a choice for their language training needs. George saw this language gap in the area and decided to cater to these companies by providing language services that would be available locally in Indianapolis.
To celebrate the 20 years of language services and the continual growth of the company, LTC is hosting an open house on Thursday, November 14 from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at their office building, 5750 Castle Creek Parkway Indianapolis. All media sources are invited to attend the celebration.
Since 1993, LTC has added over 28 full-time positions and 80 full-time-equivalence positions. These positions range from client service manager to bid strategist to language training director. LTC has maintained the Midwestern-feel with their values and customer service, and has remained faithful by creating jobs locally to serve the entire nation.
“I think it is amazing to be able to weather the storms over the past 20 years. We have been able to stay up and ahead of some of the major challenges. It has been fun to see staffs' resourcefulness and dedication to find solutions that resonate in the kind of paradigms that have been thrust on us. We have always made changes to stay ahead of the curve,” said George.
