Governor Mike Pence has announced four new appointees to the Indiana Commission for Women. The group includes an Army captain and the executive director of a Fort Wayne-based nonprofit. October 28, 2013

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Governor Mike Pence today named appointees to the Indiana Commission for Women. They will serve until July 1, 2017, effective immediately.

Marta Pincheira, a Captain in the 38th Infantry Division in Indianapolis, has been named to the Commission. With nearly 13 years of military experience, Pincheira, of Franklin, is also actively involved in her community, including volunteering for the Indiana National Guard Family Readiness Group. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and her master's degree from the University of Baltimore.

Stephanie Moore, of Newburgh, has been named to the Commission. Moore is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Moore Matters LLC, and she has more than 20 years of management level public office experience at the local, state and regional levels. She is a top graduate of the Ohio Peace Officer Academy in 1999 at Sinclair College, with a specialization in kinesics.

Director of Fund Development and Expansion for Heroes Camp Inc., Kelly Perri will serve on the Commission for Women. Perri, of South Bend, previously served as a Senior Project Manager in Chicago for Creative Circle.

Kayevonne Dailey, current Executive Director of Friends of Bethany, Inc., has been appointed to the Commission. Dailey, of Fort Wayne, has experience in non-profit management, retail sales, housing counseling, and retail banking. She earned her education at Crossroads Bible College in Fort Wayne and Indiana Tech.

The Governor reappointed Patzetta Trice, owner of Trice Strategic Consulting in Indianapolis, and Kori McOmber, Partner at Schultz & Pogue, LLP in Indianapolis, to the Commission.

Christine Altman, who was appointed by Indiana House Speaker Brian Bosma in 2012, will serve as Chairperson of the Commission.
