Indianapolis, Ind. (Oct. 24, 2013) – The Indianapolis-based management and technology consulting firm KSM Consulting LLC is pleased to announce that Frank Dale has joined as chief operating officer, a new position within the firm. In his role, Dale will oversee the finance, marketing, human resources, information technology and general administrative functions of KSM Consulting. Additionally, he will use his past entrepreneurial experience to provide strategic leadership and operational management for the firm.
“Frank’s background in managing entrepreneurial technology firms is a huge asset for our organization,” said Charlie Brandt, managing director of KSM Consulting. “We are excited to have him on board to drive operational excellence within our firm as we continue on our expected path of rapid growth.”
Prior to joining KSM Consulting, Dale served as vice president of operations and CEO of Compendium, an Indianapolis-based content-marketing company. His most recent role was as entrepreneur in residence at DeveloperTown, a technology-focused business accelerator based in Indianapolis.

Dale received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Valparaiso University. Additionally, he received a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
