An Indianapolis-based office interiors company is expanding into northern Indiana. RJE Business Interiors plans to open an operation at The Harrison Building in Fort Wayne. The company already has a presence in Indianapolis and Cincinnati. October 9, 2013

INDIANAPOLIS—Oct. 9, 2013— RJE Business Interiors, a Midwest office interiors company specializing in customer service designed to create personalized office environments for clients in Indianapolis and Cincinnati, announces today it is expanding operations to the northern Indiana market opening a new office and showroom in Ft. Wayne. The expansion includes the addition of two new office interiors professionals and opening a showroom by December 2013 at The Harrison Building overlooking Parkview Field in downtown Ft. Wayne.

“Ft. Wayne is an Indiana city with incredible momentum. City leaders are dedicated to energizing and growing the downtown marketplace,” says RJE Owner and President Denny Sponsel. “As the city invests in future growth, we see opportunity to bring the RJE customer experience to the marketplace. We’ll leverage the skills and talents of our newest team members, who have access to the knowledge, insights and operations of our nearly 70 professionals working in the RJE Indianapolis and Cincinnati markets.”

RJE professionals are currently working with clients and meeting with prospects in the northern Indiana marketplace pending the official opening of the office and showroom in December.

New Ft. Wayne Professionals

Molly O’Connor, NCIDQ, RID, has been appointed sales, general manager. A Ft. Wayne native and certified interior designer, she is proactively managing business development opportunities in key target niches that include: healthcare, education, government, information technology and corporate environments. Prior to joining RJE, O’Connor held design, business development and leadership roles at architectural firms and furniture dealers in the Ft. Wayne market place for more than 20 years.

Pamela Gamble, NCIDQ, EDAC, IIDA, has been appointed interior designer and account executive. She is a certified interior designer with more than seven years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, including two years of experience teaching interior design students at Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne. Her experience includes working in the commercial office interiors field as a designer for hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, medical office buildings, higher education and corporations.
