News Release

Indianapolis, Ind. — CSO Architects today announced the beginning of the ownership transition to the 4th generation of leadership at the 52 year-old design firm. Principal Dan Moriarity, who has been with the company for 27 years, will transition his operational and project leadership in the company over the next two years and his ownership stake in the company over the next ten years. This unique arrangement allows Moriarity to focus his attention on other professional opportunities while maintaining an ongoing business relationship with CSO. It is consistent with the vision of previous generations of CSO leaders who planned similar transitions while remaining committed to the long term viability of the firm.

“We are extremely grateful for and proud of Dan's contribution to CSO Architects over the years, and we are excited about his next professional endeavor. His continued affiliation with CSO will certainly prove beneficial to both our existing and future clients. Dan is a very close friend and has played a significant role in the overall success and growth of CSO. We all are very supportive of and wish him the very best as he enters a new phase in his professional career,” said CSO Chairman and CEO Jim Schellinger.
