Organizers are expecting a railway conference that begins Sunday to draw 7,000 people to Indianapolis. Railway Interchange 2013 will also feature more than 600 Hoosier and national exhibitors during the four-day event at the Indiana Convention Center. September 26, 2013

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Indianapolis will host Railway Interchange 2013 September 29-October 2, a major rail industry conference and exhibition showcasing the latest trends and technology.

WHAT – Railway Interchange 2013 (www.railwayinterchange.org), September 29-October 2, 2013 in Indianapolis, is the second North American event combining the technical conferences of AREMA (American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association) and CMA (Coordinated Mechanical Associations) and the exhibits of RSI (Railway Supply Institute), REMSA (Railway Engineering-Maintenance Suppliers Association) and RSSI (Railway Systems Suppliers, Inc.). Twenty (20) Indiana companies (including 14 from Indianapolis) are among the exhibitors.

More than 7,000 attendees are expected, and 640 companies and organizations will exhibit during the event in the Indiana Convention Center.

Monday, September 30, 2013

8 am AREMA/CMA Opening General Session

NOTE: The exhibition opens September 29 and closes October 1; the AREMA conference begins September 30 and ends October 2; CMA meetings begin September 30 and end October 1.

WHERE – Conference technical sessions and the exhibition will be held in the Indiana Convention Center, 100 S Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis.
