Pennsylvania-based Diversified Information Technologies Inc. has announced plans to build a facility in Indianapolis. The document management company says the location will serve clients in Indiana, Ohio and Illinois.

Indianapolis, Ind. — Diversified Information Technologies, Inc., an information management solutions company and a wholly owned subsidiary of EDM Group, announced plans today to expand their national footprint with the opening of a 125,000 square foot facility with capacity to preserve 1.3 million cubic feet of information in Indianapolis, Ind. This facility expansion will serve the Midwest and is strategically located to provide solutions in the Indianapolis, Ind., Columbus, Ohio, and Chicago, Ill. markets.

“The decision of this growing national company to pick Indy for its next expansion is another great win for our city's thriving IT sector,” said Mayor Greg Ballard. “Diversified Information Technologies' creation of new jobs and multi-million dollar investment is great for the northwest side and our business community seeking a local option for information management.”

The Indianapolis facility will be the company's seventeenth preserve location which includes: Los Angeles, Calif., Portland, Ore., Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn., Houston, Texas, Louisville, Ky., Jacksonville, Fla., Columbia, SC, Raleigh, NC, Washington, DC, and Hartford, Conn.

“We received great support and cooperation throughout the selection and diligence process. We are pleased to have selected this location and excited about our strategic expansion and continued growth opportunities this market has to offer,” said Leo Malsky, Vice President and Chief Implementation Officer.
