INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) will participate in a press conference to designate the Waterford Commons Business Park as an Indiana Shovel-Ready site.
The Indiana Shovel Ready designation certifies sites that are ready for economic development.
