Site to Receive Shovel-Ready Designation

The state is set to certify another shovel-ready site. State, county and city officials will provide details Friday at Waterford Commons Business Park in Elkhart. September 12, 2012

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) will participate in a press conference to designate the Waterford Commons Business Park as an Indiana Shovel-Ready site.

The Indiana Shovel Ready designation certifies sites that are ready for economic development.
