INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Milhaus is expanding the company with a new division, focused on managing the properties it develops. The first development to fall under the new division will be Artistry.
"As Milhaus continues to rapidly grow, it is a natural progression to manage our developments from construction through property management," said Tadd Miller, CEO, Milhaus. "Our company was already focused on creating places where people can live consciously; this allows us to seamlessly focus on quality designs and services residents want from start to finish, beginning with Artistry and soon with Circa."
Kim Hurd will be the Director of Residential Services for Artistry. Hurd has worked with both privately owned and moderate-sized management, construction, and development companies during the course of her 17-year career in the residential property management industry. She is active in the Indiana Apartment Association, where she serves on several committees; served as chairperson of the Midwest Multifamily Exposition and Education Conference; and teaches National Apartment Association on (NAA) designation-level courses. In 2007, Hurd was named Volunteer of the Year by the Indiana Apartment Association. She is also active in the National Apartment Association, serving on several advisory boards, committees, and speaking at the 2013 NAA Education Conference and Exposition.
Danielle Littlejohn will serve as the Residential Services Manager at Artistry. Littlejohn also has extensive property management experience in the Indianapolis area.
