Indianapolis, Ind. — Midwest telecom software company Fathom Voice expanded its West Coast reach in early 2013. Now, the company is putting plans into action for further expansion – this time, on an international scale.
Effective immediately, Fathom Voice will begin selling their cloud-based phone service to markets within the United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore.
“A few of our competitors have international data centers; however, none of them have real-time global data replication or a physical presence outside of the states,” said Cameron Weeks, CEO of Fathom Voice. “With three open markets and the technical ability to serve them, we saw an opportunity to own the global space.”
Fathom Voice has plans to open and staff a third office in Singapore in order to serve the Asian-Pacific markets. The company will hire sales, technical support and development teams in order to provide 24/7 access to the company and advanced support services for all clients. Fathom Voice will also open offices in the UK and Australia in the coming months.
