      Indianapolis Law Firm Combining with Dentons

      Indianapolis-based Bingham Greenebaum Doll has announced it is combining with a law firm that bills itself as the largest in the world.       Work to Begin on $600M Mitchell Project

      Officials will Tuesday break ground on a $600 million project in Lawrence County. Texas-based Lehigh Hanson Inc. is set to begin work on the expansion and modernization of the Lehigh Cement Co. plant in Mitchell, which is expected to create 50 jobs.

      ArcelorMittal Facing Potential Clean Water Act Lawsuit

      Columbus-based Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) has forged a partnership with the Hyundai Motor Company to develop and commercialize electric and fuel cell powertrains. The two corporations have entered into a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on hydrogen fuel cell technology to take advantage of a developing global fuel cell market.
