The first of two debates between candidates for U.S. Senate will take place Monday in Indianapolis. The Indiana Debate Commission event will feature Republican Richard Mourdock, Democrat Joe Donnelly and Libertarian Andrew Horning.
E.W. Scripps Co. Newspapers' Chief Content Officer Mizell Stewart III will be the moderator.
The trio are vying to replace Republican Richard Lugar, who was unseated from the ballot by Mourdock in the primary.
The second commission-sponsored debate will be held next week in New Albany.
