The Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce has named its new chief executive officer. The Palladium-Item in Richmond reports Amy Holthouse will lead the organization.

The paper reports Holthouse will aim to restart the Bright Futures Initiative, a program to connect with similar organizations.

Her goals also include boosting the group's "skills gap" initiatives.
