Candidates to Speak at Chamber Event

Indiana's three gubernatorial candidates will speak today as part of the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce's HobNob event today. Republican Mike Pence, Democrat John Gregg and Libertarian Rupert Boneham will each give 10-minute interviews at the event.

Indianapolis, Ind. -- The Indy Chamber will host HobNob, the premier political event of the year on Monday, September 24. This year’s event will feature gubernatorial candidates Mike Pence (R), John Gregg (D), and Rupert Boneham (L). Each candidate will have a ten minute, on the spot interview with WISH-TV reporter Jim Shella.

The public is invited to attend this unique opportunity to interact with not only the gubernatorial candidates, but also candidates (or their representatives) for elected office in central Indiana. Representatives from the presidential, senatorial, and congressional campaigns in the 9-county region have been invited. Many State House and State Senate candidates from the 9-county region will be in attendance and the Indianapolis Public Schools’ school board candidates have also been invited.

Where: JW Marriott, White River Ballroom, Downtown Indianapolis
Cost: $25 in advance at www.IndyChamber.com/HobNob until Monday at noon, $35 at the door
