Justice Brent Dickson will officially take the helm of the state's highest court on Monday at the Statehouse.

Indiana Supreme Court Justice Brent Dickson will be officially sworn in by Governor Mitch Daniels today. Dickson has been serving as acting chief justice since the retirement of Justice Randall Shepherd in March.
He was selected to lead the state's highest court in May by The Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission.
