Durham and Partners Due Back in Court
Three businessmen convicted of defrauding $200 million from investors are due to appear in U.S. District Court today to determine where they will be housed prior to sentencing. Tim Durham, along with partners Jim Cochran and Rick Snow, await a sentencing hearing in Indianapolis following their recent guilty verdicts.
