Indianapolis, Ind. -- It's no secret that employees who are fully engaged in an organization's mission and goals can have a significant positive impact. Companies can learn how to foster that practice at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce's 48th Annual Human Resources Conference & Expo: The Employee Takes Center Stage.
Sponsored by the law firm of Frost Brown Todd LLC, this May 1-2 event at the Indianapolis Marriott East offers educational breakout sessions in four tracks. Topics range from wellness to performance management, executing an HR vision, understanding employee loyalty and much more.
In addition, a right-to-work law update will be presented and Marci Crozier, a recent participant on NBC's The Biggest Loser and longtime wellness supporter, will give the closing general session. Jon Petz, president of Bore No More!TM, will deliver the opening keynote presentation focused on motivation and seizing opportunities to shine.
Special events include a daylong pre-conference workshop on April 30 and the annual Human Resources Awards Luncheon on May 2, where the Ogletree Deakins/HR Dimensions Human Resource Professional of the Year award will be announced.
