Indiana University Health Occupational Services plans to move to a new location next month. The clinic will be housed in the LifeWorks Business Park in Michigan City, along with other IU Health La Porte Hospital services. IU Health Occupational Services offers treatment for work-related injuries, drug and alcohol testing and employee wellness.

Indiana University Health Occupational Services, an affiliate of Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital, will now offer occupational health and wellness services to Michigan City area businesses in a new location. Effective July 5, the new location will move IU Health Occupational Services from Dunes Plaza to LifeWorks Business Park, located at the junction of I-94 and US 421 at 3777 N. Frontage Rd., Michigan City. The comprehensive occupational health clinic will be a part of the new 38,000 square-foot LifeWorks Medical Offices that will house multiple IU Health La Porte Hospital services.
The clinic offers treatment of work-related injuries with case management, drug and alcohol testing, work-related physicals, ergonomics/injury prevention, employee wellness and much more.
