[UPDATED] Could Tipton County Deal be Tip of The Iceberg?
A state energy official says the decision by Abound Solar Inc. to locate a manufacturing facility and hire 850 workers in Tipton County is validation of Indiana's increasing profile in the clean technology sector. Energy Systems Network Chief Executive Officer Paul Mitchell says more major announcements are in the works, pending approval of federal loan guarantees.
